Verdama Earth

Verdama Earth is a purpose‑driven enterprise with a deep commitment to reversing biodiversity loss and confronting the global climate crisis. Their mission is to invest in and empower communities in biodiversity‑critical regions to lead the restoration and protection of the ecosystems they rely on. They needed a digital platform that could clearly communicate this mission, showcase high‑impact projects and engage partners, investors and communities.

Our solution

• Mission‑focused design: The homepage opens with a strong, clear message of community‑led solutions for climate, biodiversity and a just transition. We structured the site around key sections (About, Projects, Who We Are, Strategic Relationships and Contact) to provide clear pathways through Verdama’s story.
• Project storytelling: We built a dedicated projects area that highlights restoration initiatives in biodiversity hotspots, including a flagship project in Honduras where 18 % of primary forests have been lost since 2000. Informative text explains how Verdama develops nature-based carbon programmes and other ecosystem-service products in collaboration with local communities to regenerate landscapes.
• Responsive & accessible: The site is fully responsive and WCAG‑compliant, ensuring an inclusive experience across devices.
• Easy content management: A flexible CMS allows the Verdama team to add projects, update copy and share news without technical support.

Outcome
The new Verdama Earth website presents a cohesive narrative about Verdama’s vision for large-scale restoration, driven by private investment, its commitment to partnerships with local communities and Indigenous knowledge holders, and its team’s expertise in climate finance and ecological regeneration. It positions Verdama as a credible leader in community‑led climate solutions and offers visitors a clear call to learn more and get involved.
